We did a network install of Civil 3D 2010 and we had the same problems on a handfull of computers. The reason for the error message is that for some reason, the folder HHApps along with it's files are not being created in C: Documents and Settings Local Settings Application Data Autodesk C3D 2010 enu. You can copy that folder from a computer where the hydroflow extensions are working or uninstall Civil 3D 2010 and delete the folder Autodesk in C: Documents and Settings Local Settings Application Data then try a new install. I still can't figure out why the folder installs on some computers and not the others.
